« Question: I was going through the databases and was wondering if any database might show industry or firm revenue by square footage? I tried BizMiner but I could only get it to show averages by sales. Any insight you might have into this I would greatly a | Main | Where can I find popular periodicals and scientific journals? Where can I copy articles? »

I saved my citations in RefWorks and am unable to retrieve the full-text using the Find It button.

Answer given to question: I decided to post this as I have had this question come out several times - - maybe more directions/instruction is needed on this issue.

In this case, the first link just went to a list of articles in Biography in Context which were on her topic but were not by volume/issue. The second link went to a list of volumes and issues and I just pointed out to her that she would have to go back to the citation to find which volume and issue she needed.

I have also had students that tried the Find IT with Opposing Viewpoints articles which did not work. I have also showed them how to just attach the articles to their citation. I think attachments are the way to go - - much easier for the student to get back to the full-text anyway.
